Returns and Exchange Policy
At Aduo Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns issued as store credit or exchanges.
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Starting the date your request was submitted and approved, your unwanted items must arrive at our warehouse within a 10-day timeframe.
Returns:
- We do not offer refunds. Instead, returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount and will expire within 3 months from the date of issue.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We require proof of purchase as the original receipt or order confirmation email with your return.
- All accessories and items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and can't be returned once purchased.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges:
- We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) and are subject to the same conditions as returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
